STAY HYDRATED with fruit infused water!!!


My little princess Eve always keeps me busy (and I love it) and sometimes I just forget to drink enough. Therefore I found my perfect way to stay hydrated. In the morning I make myself a big fruit infused water pitcher – and put it on the kitchen table – so every time I pass, I drink a glass of it and this really works for me!

Especially my new creation of pomegranate & grapefruit infused water – I just got addicted to the sour and refreshing taste! When it’s empty you can refill it without losing a lot of flavor. And with every sip you know exactly you do something good for you – it is healthy and all natural.


  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2l tap water


  • some pomegranate seeds
  • slice of grapefruit


  • Open the pomegranate and put the seeds in the water pitcher.
  • Before you squeeze the grapefruit put a slice of grapefruit to the side. The fresh pressed grapefruit juice releases more flavor – add to the pitcher.
  • Fill with water and stir to begin the infusion process. Put it to the side or refrigerate for an hour so you get the full flavor out of it.
  • Garnish your drinking glass with some pomegranate seeds and a slice of grapefruit.
